We know how it works and we will guide you through it!
What we ask of you is effort and commitment, for 12 weeks.

Dorina Mostert

My name is Dorina Mostert, boxing coach at Mosso Trainers. After having to stop playing football due to long-term injuries, I became an assistant coach. I then focused mainly on improving the condition, strength and balance of the group of players, which immediately made everyone much less susceptible to injury. I myself have started working on my rehabilitation in the gym through supervised strength training.

From then on, I started boxing at Mosso and got hugely addicted to the sport. Sport has made me fitter than ever, both physically and mentally. I went further in teaching boxing.

In my classes, I try to transmit to the group my passion for boxing and a healthy lifestyle. My boxing classes are built around working together. Boxing classes will result not only in a lot of fun but also better stamina and a powerful body. I enjoy teaching groups where everyone enjoys working up a sweat with a smile on their face.

Razvan

My name is Razvan.
I am a former Professional Athlete, with a passion for coaching.
I trained and compete in Kickboxing, and Boxing for 10 plus years, and since 2019 I started to study the Science behind Training and begin my experience training people.
I do enjoy sharing my experience with a large, diverse group of people, and I do my best to offer my clients a Quality service, and engaging them in a challenging personalised training program that can impact their Lifestyle in a positive way.
My training are for all ages and levels.
I teach both physical, and mental skills, and my main focus is to boost peoples self-esteem through their own efforts, and merit, for a long-lasting effect.

I am Veríssimo aka Savage Discipline. My bike is “if it’s meant to be, it’s meant for me”. I am a former American football player who went from 120 kg to 88 kg. I can assure you that the most important investment you can make is in yourself. If you can give me a commitment, I guarantee results!

We The Calis emerged in 2020 and its main goal is to impact people’s lives in a positive way through Calisthenics which is a modality that has the ability to transform not only the physical aspect but also to change people’s lifestyles, Calisthenics is a unique sport where you use your own body weight and it gives you skills that most people don’t have.

When I created we the calis I thought of “Union”, bringing together different people with the same goals and motivating each other to evolve and reach their best version, because without union no one can really evolve.

One of the concepts of We The Calis de is to show that anyone is capable of doing this sport and that it is possible to develop muscle mass with workouts in which you use only your own body weight and gain skills that seemed impossible along the way!

I want to be able to help that person who is overweight and wants to lose weight, the thin person who wants to gain weight, help those who don’t like the gym environment and are looking for lighter and calmer environments to start their workouts, that person who needs help and is willing to make the necessary changes to reach their goal!
